Accounts and Orders
You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting login credentials and monitoring account activity. Check the order scope, domain, billing period and final total before payment.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR. Product charges, VAT and other applicable amounts appear before payment. Invoice status follows the verified payment provider result. A failed payment is not a completed sale. Account credit is a payment balance; adding credit alone does not purchase a service.
Licence and Installation
Software use, installation count and update/support coverage depend on the product description and order terms. Hosting and domains are separate unless stated otherwise. Automatic Rent a Car installation requires paid, unexpired hosting for the same customer and domain. Setup is ready only after DNS configuration and SSL verification are complete.
Renewal and Use
Hosting and domain services apply for the selected term. Track renewals in your dashboard. Services must not be used for unlawful content, unauthorised access or infringement of third-party rights.
Cancellation and Refund Requests
Submit cancellation or refund requests with the order/invoice number through your dashboard or [email protected]. Requests are assessed based on the product, service commencement/delivery, provider terms and applicable rights. This text does not remove statutory consumer rights or guarantee a particular outcome or timeframe.
Support and Changes
Report technical issues through a support request for the relevant service. Custom development and service changes are scoped separately. Changes to this page do not retroactively remove rights from previous orders or mandatory statutory rights.
